Bookings are taken on a weekly, weekend and short stay basis. Weekly bookings are based on a Saturday to Saturday arrival (3.00pm) and departure (10.00am).

£280 per week | Easter Weekend chargeable at 75% of weekly rate. Other weekend or short stay lets available subject to availability |
| 17th May to 27th September |
£330 per week | Other weekend or short stay lets available subject to availability |
| 27th September to 20th December | £280 per week | Other weekend or short stay lets available subject to availability |
| Christmas and New Year weeks | £300 per week | 75% of weekly rate charged for stays of between 3-5 nights |
A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking and the balance due 4 weeks prior to arrival. Payment is by cheque only.
